What is the process for assembling lithium iron phosphate batteries
1. Choose the appropriate battery cell, battery cell type, voltage, and internal resistance to match. Before assembly, please balance the battery cells. Cut the electrode and drill holes.
2. Calculate the distance based on the holes and cut the insulation board.
3. Tighten the screws, please use flange nuts to prevent the nuts from falling off. Once the screws are connected, the lithium iron phosphate battery pack can be secured.
4. When connecting and soldering wires and voltage acquisition lines (equalization lines), do not connect external protective boards to prevent accidental damage to the protective boards.
5. Insulating silicone is fixed again, and this type of silicone will solidify over time.
6. Place the protective board. If you forgot to balance the battery cells before, this is the last chance before assembling a lithium-ion battery. You can balance them through the balancing wire.
7. Use insulation boards to fix the entire lithium iron phosphate battery pack, and package it with nylon tape. Nylon tape is more durable. Please note that we have never used steel casings. While steel casings are beautiful and sturdy, it is difficult to ensure the bonding of the battery cells. Some casings that are not properly treated may scratch the battery cells, causing leakage and even accidents due to poor insulation.
8. When packaging the battery cells as a whole, please make sure to secure them and the protective plate. Our battery cells have been tested and dropped from a height of 1 meter, ensuring normal operation.
9. The final packaging is completed, and the output and input are all made of silicone wire. Overall, due to its iron lithium battery cells, the 48V20AH lithium-ion battery pack weighs 9 kilograms per unit, which is half the weight of an equivalent acid battery.
10. After assembly, perform stress testing to meet product performance requirements.
